| Abstract: | The paper examines business process digitalisation as a key driver of improved enterprise economic efficiency under conditions of technological transformation, market uncertainty and increasing requirements for managerial flexibility. It is substantiated that digitalisation should be understood not merely as the introduction of separate software solutions, but as a managed process of integrating digital technologies, data, algorithms, analytical tools and organisational changes into core, supporting and managerial business processes. The study highlights the role of ERP, CRM, BPM, RPA, BI systems, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and electronic document management in reducing operating costs, accelerating information flows, improving decision-making quality and increasing labour productivity. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of digital transformation for Ukrainian enterprises operating under wartime risks, logistics disruptions, demand instability and resource constraints. The paper also identifies key groups of indicators for assessing the impact of business process digitalisation on enterprise efficiency, including operational, financial and economic, customer-related, organisational and innovation indicators. It is concluded that business process digitalisation contributes not only to the technical optimisation of operations but also to the strategic adaptability, resilience and competitiveness of enterprises. |
