Abstract:	The author defines the role of the government in stimulating strategical investment at the present-day stage of economic development in Ukraine. New tactics of attracting investments to the economy of the country is suggested. The author presents the complex of measures for solving the problems of investment activity. Structural and logical scheme of transition to economic growth is given in the article.
