Abstract:	The concepts of joint activity and of partes' investments in the process of this activity are examined in the article. The structure of civil law contract is offered. The authors touch on the problems of profits taxation and proprietary rights in joint activity. The recommendations given in the article can be used for solving the problems of business accounting connected with joint activity.
