Abstract: The short paper consider the cultural aspects of digital transformation management through the prism of organizational and national culture. It is emphasized that the success of digital change depends not only on technological solutions, but also on values, norms, leadership styles and staff readiness for innovation. Special attention is paid to the influence of organizational culture on adaptability, communication and adoption of digital tools. The role of national culture in shaping managerial approaches to digitalization is analyzed.
