Abstract: The conference paper examines business processes related to food delivery in the restaurant industry. The advantages and challenges of in-house delivery systems are analyzed, including their impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and cost management. Particular attention is given to the role of digital technologies in delivery optimization and customer relationship development.
