| Abstract: | On the basis of generalizing the theoretical researches and analysing practical activity of the systems of information technologies (IT) introduction into the market the authors formulate the main factors to be considered while forming and improving the methods of introducing this product to the customer. The method of promoting IT as a product based on the mechanism of reflexive informing and control is devised by the authors. The approach to the organization of IT promotion grounded on its examination in wider context of business is developed. |
