| Abstract: | At the current stage of development of higher education systems, their attractiveness for consumers of educational services plays a key role, depending on the influence of numerous external and internal factors. The article is devoted to the development of a set of models for assessing and forecasting the quality and attractiveness of the country's higher education system, which has an objective, external impact on the activities of the university, creates opportunities, and sets restrictions for making decisions on managing its attractiveness. A system of indicators for assessing the internal and external attractiveness of the country's higher education system has been substantiated, and a set of dynamic and spatial models has been developed that makes it possible to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system's attractiveness. A matrix for positioning the higher education system has been constructed, and recommendations have been developed to increase the attractiveness of the higher education system in Ukraine and Slovakia. |
