| Abstract: | An analysis of existing models of forming the company's internal social responsibility has been conducted. The directions for implementing internal social responsibility have been determined. A model for developing internal CSR, with a focus on social policy directions, has been proposed, providing the company with the opportunity to optimise internal social investments and maximise personnel loyalty and motivation. |
