Abstract: The article highlights the importance of fostering a cybersecurity culture among learners as a core component of their digital competence amidst the digital transformation of education. It examines the structure of cybersecurity culture, including cyber hygiene skills, critical assessment of information, and digital ethics. Special attention is paid to the integration of innovative pedagogical technologies - such as interactive methods, project-based and simulation-based learning, adaptive technologies, and interdisciplinary, practice-oriented, and competence-based approaches to develop sustainable habits of safe and responsible behavior in the digital environment.
