Abstract: The article examines the theoretical and applied principles of sustainable development for agricultural enterprises in the context of the interplay between environmental and digital transformations to enhance their adaptability and competitiveness. The work demonstrates that sustainable development is based on integrating environmental innovations (organic production, circular models) and digital technologies (precision farming, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence), which collectively minimize environmental impact and optimize costs. It has been proven that an integrated management approach creates the prerequisites for increasing investment attractiveness and for compliance with international environmental standards.
