Abstract: This study investigates the impact of digitalization on the development of innovative activity in industrial enterprises under the conditions of macroeconomic instability and martial law in Ukraine. The paper analyzes Ukraine's positions in the Global Innovation Index (GII) for 2020–2024 and examines the structure of innovation funding, highlighting a critical reliance on enterprise equity amid stagnating bank lending and foreign investment. To shift from a "survival" strategy to sustainable growth, the author substantiates the need for hybrid anti-crisis models. Key mechanisms for adaptation include integrating digital IT solutions with Lean management principles, creating digital talent management ecosystems, strengthening intellectual property protection, and implementing the Open Innovation concept to overcome resource constraints.
