Короткий огляд (реферат): The article summarizes the theoretical and applied aspects of strategic management of creative industries, taking into account the challenges of a full-scale war in Ukraine. The conceptual essence of the creative economy, which is a catalyst for post-industrial economic development, is substantiated. It is substantiated that creative potential, combined with pragmatic business thinking, becomes an economic asset capable of generating profit, jobs and taxes. It is summarized that for effective interaction with the state and obtaining systemic support, the creative sector should apply sound economic reasoning. The role of strategic management as a tool for preserving socio-cultural organizations in a turbulent environment is analyzed. The specifics of the situation diagnosis are determined, which is based on the analysis and balancing of driving and restraining forces. The impact of the Russian Federation's aggression on cultural infrastructure, accompanied by extensive damage, the disruption of established economic linkages, and a significant outflow of talent, is summarized.
