Abstract: The successful achievement of an enterprise's strategic goals requires a continuous process of encouraging employees to actively participate in work activities. Purposeful motivation of staff is necessary to enhance labour productivity and improve the overall performance of the organization. Contemporary approaches to employee motivation management focus on aligning the implementation of the company's strategic objectives with the satisfaction of employees' key needs and expectations. Therefore, the main objective of motivation management is to create and apply a system in which the strategic priorities of the enterprise are harmonized with the interests and needs of each employee. Under such conditions, employees clearly recognize that their individual contribution to the work or production process plays a significant role in achieving the company's planned results, and only in this case can their personal interests and needs be effectively fulfilled.
