Abstract: This article examines the motivational incentives of employees based on the generational theory developed by Neil Howe and William Strauss. The study aims to identify key differences in values, attitudes toward work, and dominant motivational drivers among generations, including Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z. The study highlights the importance of adapting motivational strategies to generational characteristics in order to enhance organizational effectiveness, particularly in the context of contemporary challenges such as digital transformation and post-crisis recovery.
