Abstract: The established methods of digital product design contain no mechanism for selecting an AI toolkit, although this choice predetermines the cost, schedule and scalability of a web system. A decision support model is proposed that formalises the selection as the minimisation of a weighted distance between an eight-criteria project profile and the reference profiles of the alternatives, returning a hybrid configuration when the pure strategies are indistinguishable.
