Abstract

Розглянуто підходи до розуміння поняття "оцінка персоналу", уточнено його змістовну характеристику; проаналізовано можливості застосування зарубіжного досвіду оцінки у вітчизняній практиці; уточнено вимоги щодо забезпечення ефективної оцінки персоналу віт¬чизняних підприємств.Annotation. Different approaches to understanding the concept "rating of the personnel" are considered, its substantive characteristics is defined; the possibilities of application of foreign experience of rating in home practice are analysed; the demands as for ensuring the effective rating of the personnel of home enterprises are specified
