Evaluation of capitalization of human capacity which was formed as a result of training

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the methodology for assessing human potential acquired through vocational training, in terms of capitalization of acquired knowledge in further employment. Both quantitative and qualitative partial key performance indicators are considered to form an integral performance indicator.
