Key management competencies of future officials

Abstract

This essay examines the key management competencies essential for future public officials in the context of a changing global economy and complex public administration. It identifies and analyzes three core competency groups: leadership (inspiration, strategic thinking, communication, conflict resolution), technical (administrative knowledge, financial management, data analysis), and personal (adaptability, self-awareness, continuous learning, ethics, accountability). The essay argues that the integration of these competencies is critical for ensuring the effectiveness and success of public organizations.
