Abstract: The publication is dedicated to the study, which applies an interdisciplinary archetypal governance framework to analyze how Ukrainian territorial communities respond to war-related shocks. Using content analysis and case studies, it shows that hybrid archetypes shape crisis behavior and financial decisions. While one group of archetypes traits support short-term stability, integrating other archetype’s elements is essential for long-term resilience and adaptive governance.
