Abstract: The theses analyze the potential of applying modern project management approaches in the export-import activities of enterprises under conditions of globalization, digital transformation, and wartime challenges in Ukraine. It is emphasized that today’s business environment requires flexibility, adaptability, and rapid decision-making, particularly in foreign economic activities characterized by high risks, delivery delays, regulatory changes, and currency fluctuations. The use of a project management approach enables export-import operations to be structured as separate projects with clearly defined goals, timelines, resources, and expected outcomes, thereby improving efficiency and reducing uncertainty. The practical application of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, and Critical Path Method methodologies in organizing international operations is discussed. These approaches enhance business process transparency, reduce costs, shorten project execution time, and improve team communication. Integrating project management tools enables enterprises to build a more flexible, efficient, and competitive management system that ensures sustainability and growth in the dynamic global market conditions.
