| Abstract: | The article deals with the idea of new recommendations, oriented at improving evaluation of personnel in the process of management in the conditions of social and economic transformations in society. Tasks have been solved and as the result directions of improving management of personnel have been represented. Evaluation of personnel is considered as an element of management and as a system of testing personnel. |
