| Abstract: | The article contains a suggestion of interaction between small and large enterprises at the local level as well as at the regional one. It is proved that the Programmes of support of small business development make for successful development of small enterprises (Kharkiv region is taken as an example). Among the necessary conditions of small enterprises efficient development are tax reduction, decrease of penalties, the formation of favourable conditions for foreign investment. |
