Abstract: The necessity of investigating the subjects, objects, kinds, forms, methods and conditions of application of motivation of labour at the modern enterprises is proved in the article. The role of material stimulation under the circumstances of economy transformation in Ukraine is underlined. The system of awarding of the workers of an enterprise a premium based on the complex estimation of results of their work is developed. The application of this system will stimulate workers’ aspiration to increase their labour contribution in general results of work and provide the maximal interest in improvement of financial and economic results of work at an enterprise.
