| Abstract: | Under the structure reorganization conditions in Ukraine’s economy the usage of Project Management Concept becomes topical. Modern methods of managing projects are based on experts’ knowledge, in particular on creating experts systems. For many enterprises this process is very expensive and timeconsuming, that’s why Ukrainian enterprises have to use methods based on expert assessment. |
