Problems and prospects of employment of war veterans in Ukraine

Abstract

In the current conditions of a full-scale war, the issue of social adaptation and employment of war veterans acquires special relevance for Ukrainian society. The war causes significant socio-economic changes that affect all spheres of the state's life, including the labor market. After completing military service, a significant number of servicemen return to civilian life, which requires the creation of an effective system of their social and professional integration. The employment of veterans is an important component of their reintegration into society. Work provides not only economic stability, but also plays an important role in the psychological adaptation of a person to new living conditions. Thanks to employment, veterans have the opportunity to restore social ties, realize their potential and feel their own importance in society.
