Improvement of the organization of the system of internal professional training of personnel at the enterprise under martial law

Abstract

The article investigates the peculiarities of organizing internal professional training of employees at an enterprise under martial law conditions. The theoretical aspects of personnel development are considered, the system of internal training at the enterprise is analyzed and the main problems of its functioning are identified. The directions of improving the personnel training system through the introduction of digital technologies, training management systems and adaptive personnel development programs are proposed. It is proved that an effective system of internal professional training contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and the adaptation of personnel to changes in crisis conditions.
