| Abstract: | The rapid rise of digital tools in the workplace has created dangerous levels of technostress and mental overload for staff. This paper shows that chronic digital fatigue causes more human errors, making it a major systemic safety hazard rather than just a personal issue. Therefore, organisations must update their safety rules to include strong policies like the 'Right to Disconnect' to protect employee well-being. |
