Проектирование инновационных региональных кластеров в рамках льготных инвестиционных режимов

Abstract

The article is aimed to prove expediency of designing and development of innovation clusters within limits of special regimes of investment activity. On the basis of specific investment project there was developed a pattern of innovation micro cluster of laser medicine that can be considered as a constituent part of wider cluster – cluster of laser technologies — in medicine, veterinary medicine and agriculture. There was also considered possibility of development of perspective innovation clusters in the other fields of activity.
