| Abstract: | The article examines the role of university educational ecosystems in the development of managerial competencies among future managers. Particular attention is paid to the integration of teamwork, experiential learning, innovative teaching methods, and interdisciplinary collaboration in higher education. The study highlights the importance of soft skills development, including critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and communication, as essential components of managerial competence. It is emphasized that university ecosystems, through their interconnected structures and partnerships, contribute to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The research underlines the necessity for continuous innovation and institutional commitment to ensure the preparation of competitive and future-ready professionals for the modern labor market. |
