Structural Transformations of the World Markets Conjuncture In 2016-2026

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the generalization and analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the term "world market conjuncture ". The analysis covers the definitions and explanations of the world market conditions formed by the Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Bologna and Chinese (Tsinghua University and Peking University) scientific schools. Thesis established that Western science considers the conditions as a "short-term state of markets", while the Chinese academic school bases its definitions on the concept of "structural power and balance of global forces". The main structural transformations of the world market conditions during 2016–2026 are highlighted: the growth of the share of the services sector and IT in global GDP, the energy transition to renewable sources and the greening of the economy, the stabilization of differences in global growth of world GDP, the strengthening of regionalism in world economic policy.
