Abstract: In the theses, the strategic role of integrating soft skills into professional education for the hospitality and restaurant sector is examined. International practices are analysed, and models for developing a service leader are proposed through an interdisciplinary approach, project-based learning, dual education, mentorship, and digital simulations. It is noted that the formation of a service leader is impossible without the systematic development of communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
