Abstract: The generalized analysis of motivation theories on thе way of comprehension the process of motivation and its logical representation is executed according to the main idea. Time parameters of satisfaction the needs (requirements) are investigated. Wavy dynamics (changes) of satisfaction the needs (requirements) with the distributed (allocated) focal points in which there are no priorities of satisfaction of needs (requirements) is revealed. The gradient dynamics (changes) of motivation the activity in the worker’s career is established. The necessity of the account the person’s gradient properties in ideology and practice of motivation is proved.
