Abstract: This study proposes an integrated skill-sprint model that combines strategic Waterfall planning with tactical Agile flexibility to accelerate human capital development. The model focuses on closing competency gaps through intensive, project-based learning cycles that deliver measurable business results. Practical testing confirmed its effectiveness in rapidly increasing professional expertise and enhancing organsational adaptability within the digital economy.
