Abstract: The publication analyzes the structural transformation and current state of the Ukrainian business tourism (MICE) sector under the impact of the full-scale war. It highlights the shift from a classic commercial format to a mission-driven, reconstruction, and military-technical orientation, noting significant changes in logistics and regional geography. Despite critical security and infrastructure challenges, the industry demonstrates high resilience and holds substantial potential to become Europe's largest platform for post-war reconstruction projects.
